Hi I just wanted to let you know I visited Kairos Kafe today and it was by far my best Birmingham, Alabama experience. The food was great and the staff was absolutely charming! They knew we weren't from Alabama from our accents and they were helpful and friendly. The food was great I can't rave enough about the fried green tomatoes, tomato pie, and chicken fingers! Awsome honey mustard yum! And the chocolate cake mmm wish I had more. I will absolutely pass along the word about how great it is. I am from Maine and we had a Greek restaurant up there that had toast points. I have absolutely no idea how to make them but that was one on the best foods I have ever eaten. With I think it was cucumber dill sour cream type of dipping sauce. I wish I had the recipe to share. It was a little restaurant in orono, maine called the market cafe. But that tomato pie is a close second. Thank you!!!
