I just wanted to let someone know that when I was in Kairos this week, and had finished my diet Coke, that within just a minute or two and then over the next 3 to 5 minutes, no less than 4 people stopped and offered me a refill. (I didn’t accept only because I am limiting my caffeine.) Now that is what I call excellent service, and the restaurant was full! It is always a pleasure to eat at Kairos. The food is delicious and the staff are ALWAYS friendly, courteous, pleasant, and prompt.
